Nov 18, 2019 · The problem ONLY happens with Netflix. All of my other streaming services are streaming just fine. And when I stream Netflix from my Smart TV, or my computer, I am not having the buffering issue. I am pretty convinced that Netflix put out an “update” for the Roku app that messed something up.

A U.K.-based company says they've created software that has the ability to track users who share accounts and passwords for their favorite online streaming service. Logged Netflix out of all devices. (Do this by going to netflix.com and managing your account, clicking 'Log out of all devices.) Cleared my browser cache. (I dunno, I figured - what the hell) Plugged everything back in. Went to SmartTV menu, Network Settings, and logged off the network and then back on. I just installed the 65r625. I have great picture quality and excellent WiFi strength. 4k content plays without issues in all other apps but but drops intermittently while using the built in Netflix app. I took the same troubleshooting steps that you did. The issue did improve after reloading the app but returned an hour or so later.

Netflix offers an on-demand streaming video service through the internet as well as a flat rate DVD by mail service.
