The issue is with wireless connectivity. My laptop used to connect to our internet just fine until it just stopped when it automatically upgraded to windows 10 overnight last May. I had been on the laptop earlier that night and it connected to the internet just fine. I have tried it on other networks and it still could not connect to the internet.
